Hayden is a Certified Peer Support Recovery Coach, and the Operations Manager, he has several years of experience supporting individuals in their recovery. The journey he has been on with substance use, and the foundation of recovery that was built through being a graduate of the Renaissance Ranch has instilled a deep passion and sense of purpose for helping others to find hope and lasting freedom through recovery, his personal experience also provides a unique perspective that allows a deep connection with clients and an understanding of the internal struggles they face. Believing in the power of connection, Hayden helps to identify strengths, achieve goals, and rediscover their authentic self, allowing them to find personalized tools for sustained recovery. He believes it is a privilege to work alongside individuals who navigate the struggles of addiction. Hayden is also a college student, pursuing a degree in Social Work to further his education and better help those who suffer from addiction and alcoholism.
