Co-Founder & Chairman
Rick and his wife Christine founded Renaissance Ranch more than 20 years ago out of their own family's experience with addiction and recovery. Their vision — a program that combines an authentic 12-Step approach with Gospel-centered principles and clinically proven care — remains the foundation of everything the Ranch does today.
Co-Founder
Christine co-founded Renaissance Ranch with her husband Rick, shaping a program built around family healing as much as individual recovery. The family-first culture that runs through every level of the Ranch — including free family education for every client's loved ones — reflects her founding conviction that addiction recovery restores whole families.
Chief Executive Officer
Tyson oversees Renaissance both on a client level and staff level, supporting each individual in recovery and managing the overall needs of the company. Tyson has firsthand experience recovering from the disease of addiction and went through Renaissance Ranch in 2008 after years of living in the darkness addiction creates. He completed the Licensed Substance Abuse Counseling Program at Utah Valley University and has years of service with local recovery programs. His passion carries through all systems and organizations of Renaissance, truly setting the tone for the Renaissance family.
Chief Operating Officer
Preston is a powerful leader in the Renaissance Ranch family with unrelenting compassion for those whose lives are impacted by the disease of addiction. He has first-hand experience and can empathize directly with clients, as he was once in their shoes. With many years of experience in sobriety combined with high-level management, his honesty, integrity, and brotherly kindness reflect both his values and the treatment approach of Renaissance Ranch.
