A proven path forward
You don't have to carry this alone.
A path that actually works
Recovery isn't about willpower. It's a proven path — detox, therapy, the 12 Steps, and brotherhood — walked alongside men who have been exactly where you are.
Your whole family can heal
Addiction is never carried by one person. Our family program helps the people you love understand, set healthy boundaries, and rebuild trust right alongside you.
Support that never ends
Graduation isn't the finish line. The Band of Brothers keeps you connected and accountable for life — and many of our staff walked this very road first.

Our mission
“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
Matthew 11:28
A foundation of love and hope in the lives of those suffering from addiction, through Gospel-centered solutions.
Each person in the discovery of their mind, emotion, body, and spirit through an atmosphere of acceptance and respect.
Each individual in the development and realization of their fullest potential.

Who we are
A family fighting for your family.
You need a guide who's been through the fight. The Dixon family founded Renaissance Ranch over 20 years ago because they believe every family deserves a second chance.
With 7 facilities across Utah and Idaho and third-party audited outcomes, they've built the team you need in your corner.
Band of Brothers
You finish the program.
You never finish alone.
Sobriety is a lifelong journey, so our support never ends. The Band of Brothers is our alumni network — weekly dinners and meetings, online gatherings, monthly meetups, and mentorship. Many of our staff are alumni themselves.
Common questions
Frequently asked questions
We treat drug and alcohol addiction in adult men — including alcohol, opioids, methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin, fentanyl, and prescription drugs — alongside the trauma, anxiety, and depression that so often travel with addiction.
For more than 20 years we've combined an authentic 12-Step approach with clinically proven, evidence-based therapy and faith-based principles. We're owned and operated by people who have walked the road to recovery themselves, and our Band of Brothers alumni community supports men for life. Our outcomes are tracked and audited by a third party (Vista Research Group).
Our program is Gospel-centered and built on the 12 Steps, which recognize turning your life over to a higher power as you understand it. You do not need to be a member of the LDS faith or any denomination — our staff and program are respectful of all religious backgrounds. We simply ask that you be open to the spiritual aspect of recovery.
Renaissance Ranch programs are for adult men. Our women's-only sister program, Renaissance Refuge, serves women in Heyburn, Idaho. We believe men and women experience addiction differently and heal best in gender-specific care.
Our flagship residential ranch is in Bluffdale, Utah, surrounded by the Rocky Mountains. We also have residential care in Middleton, Idaho and outpatient locations in Draper, Logan, and St. George, Utah, plus Rupert and Boise, Idaho.
