  • Bryan Hedin — Executive Director over Utah, Renaissance Ranch

    Bryan Hedin

    Executive Director over Utah

    Bryan has been in the treatment field for years with experience in case management, culinary, alumni coordination, operations, management, marketing, admissions, and now directing. As Executive Director, he oversees operations across our Utah locations. Bryan is in recovery from drug addiction himself and is a Renaissance Ranch Alumni since 2008. Bryan has witnessed what recovery can do for the individual and the family, spending time in the community advocating for addiction treatment, wellness and healing. Bryan is a member of Alcoholics Anonymous and believes in the grace and power of the 12 steps as the blueprint for a new way of living. Bryan's passion is helping men find their light, and their true selves again.

  • Kyle Hickman, LCSW

    Clinical Director

    Kyle has lived in Cache Valley for 28 years and earned both his bachelor's and master's degrees in social work from Utah State University. He is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Solutions-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy for trauma. Kyle has extensive experience treating trauma and substance use disorders in both residential and outpatient settings. Drawing from his own recovery since 2013, Kyle is deeply passionate about the healing process and believes the therapeutic relationship is key to meaningful change. He's been married since 2016 and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, daughter, and two sons, as well as playing golf, basketball, football, and softball.

  • Sheena Lindholm

    Administration Director

    From day one, Sheena has been instrumental in launching and growing Renaissance Ranch in Logan. With a strong background in business and a genuine heart for helping others, she is passionate about creating a smooth, supportive environment where staff can thrive and clients can find healing. As the Administration Director, Sheena works behind the scenes to ensure every detail is handled with care and excellence. Outside of her work at the Ranch, Sheena is a proud mom to two amazing little girls. She loves coaching their softball team and cherishes every moment spent with them.

  • Nick Lindholm

    Admissions

    Nick is a proud, loving father of two amazing boys. Whether he's coaching their football teams or cheering them on in other sports, family is at the heart of everything he does. Nick's passion for helping others find hope and healing through recovery runs deep, shaped by his own experience as a former client at the Ranch. He goes above and beyond to help individuals get into treatment, working closely with both clients and their families to ensure lasting support. Nick remains deeply connected to his recovery brotherhood and lives each day dedicated to giving back, guiding others on the path to freedom and purpose.

  • Dan Schulz

    Recovery Coach

    Dan serves as a Recovery Coach at Renaissance Ranch in Logan, where he leads groups and walks alongside clients as a mentor and guide in their recovery journey. A proud alumnus since 2022, Dan is in recovery from alcohol addiction and uses his own experience to connect with others in a meaningful and personal way. He is an active member of Alcoholics Anonymous, where he serves in several roles, including Corrections Chair and Activities Chair. Dan has a deep passion for service and finds real purpose in helping others discover the freedom and hope that recovery has brought to his own life.

  • Stefani Coltrin, SUDC

    SUDC Counselor & Recovery Coach

    Born and raised in Cache Valley, Utah, Stefani is a passionate advocate for healing and transformation. As a licensed SUDC counselor, she draws from both her professional training and her own journey through addiction and long-term recovery. Her personal experience gives her a unique ability to connect with clients through empathy, strength, and authenticity. Having walked the path herself, Stefani understands the courage it takes to choose recovery. She is deeply committed to supporting others as they take that step, offering guidance, hope, and a powerful reminder that lasting change is possible.

    Family Program Educator & UA Specialist

    Starlee is a caring and compassionate member of our team who brings heart and dedication to everything she does. As a Family Program Educator and UA Specialist, she is passionate about supporting individuals and families on their path to healing. With a deep love for helping people, Starlee creates a safe, supportive space where trust and growth can thrive.
