Our Outcomes
Hope you can feel. Results you can measure.
When someone you love is fighting addiction, you don't just want reassurance — you want proof that treatment actually works. At Renaissance Ranch, our outcomes are independently tracked and verified by three of the most respected names in behavioral health. Here is what the data shows.
Among the best in the country
Recovery you can see in the numbers.
For more than 25 years, Renaissance Ranch has helped men find lasting recovery through faith, the 12 Steps, and clinically proven care. Today, our results place us among the highest-performing treatment centers in the nation — and we don't ask you to take our word for it. Every outcome on this page is measured by an independent third party.
Verified, not self-reported
Three independent sources keep us honest.
Most treatment centers grade their own homework. We don't. Our outcomes are collected and checked by three separate organizations — so you can trust what you're seeing.
An independent auditor
A respected outside research firm that surveys our clients with validated tools and publishes its own annual report on our effectiveness — the same rigor used by the top programs in the country.
The national benchmark
FoRSE is the national outcomes program of the NAATP Foundation — the largest aggregator of treatment outcomes in the country. It compares us to 260 organizations and 447,699 patient records nationwide.
The system of record
Kipu is behavioral health's leading clinical platform. It securely records our clients' progress during treatment — and follows them for up to a year afterward — so nothing is left to memory or guesswork.
What the data shows
Four things parents tell us matter most.
Each chart below shows Renaissance Ranch compared to the national average — and names exactly which independent source the numbers come from.
They finish what they start
Vista · TEDS-DShare of men who complete all recommended treatment
Far more men stay and finish. Completing treatment is one of the strongest predictors of lasting recovery.
They feel dramatically better
Vista ResearchShare with moderate-to-severe symptoms, start vs. end of treatment
Depression, anxiety, and trauma fall sharply from the day a man arrives to the day he leaves.
Healthier than the national average
NAATP · FoRSEAverage depression & anxiety scores during treatment (lower is healthier)
Our men report about half the depression and anxiety of the national average across 100+ comparable programs.
More time to truly heal
NAATP · FoRSEDays in residential care vs. the national average
Nearly twice the national average. Recovery takes time — and our men get the time they need.
Every number above is drawn from an independent source and reflects men in treatment in 2025. “Completion” reflects completing the recommended program.
Rated “excellent”
Our patient Net Promoter Score — the standard loyalty measure used across every industry — lands in the “excellent” range, on par with the most loved brands in America.
87% met their goals
Nearly 9 in 10 of our men said the goals they set for treatment were met — higher than the national norm.
97% felt connected
97% rated the relationship with their therapist as excellent or good — because healing happens through trust.
A leader in outcomes tracking
We measure recovery more than almost anyone in the country.
Recovery only improves when it's measured honestly. Across our programs in Utah and Idaho, Renaissance Ranch contributes one of the largest volumes of outcomes data in the nation to FoRSE, the NAATP Foundation's national repository — the largest collection of treatment outcomes in the country.
Outcomes tracking is in our DNA.The methodology now used by Kipu — behavioral health's leading platform — grew out of Team Recovery Technologies, a company founded by one of Renaissance Ranch's owners and later acquired by Kipu. In a real sense, we helped build the way this industry measures recovery.

Our promise to your family
We measure what matters — so we keep getting better.
Measuring what happens after treatment is still new for our entire field, and it is genuinely hard work. We follow our graduates for up to a year, and we are continually growing and improving how we do it.
We do this for one reason: our mission is to help the addict who still suffers. Data is how we find what's working, empower our team across every location, and keep improving the care your loved one receives.
When a family trusts us with their son, we owe them the truth — measured, verified, and shared openly.
A note on honesty: the figures on this page come from independent partners — Vista Research Group, the NAATP Foundation's FoRSE program, and Kipu — and reflect men in treatment during 2025. Long-term, post-treatment measurement is still growing across the whole industry; we report what we can verify and will share more as our follow-up data matures.
You don't have to wait
Your family is waiting. Recovery starts with one call.
Every call is free, confidential, and answered 24/7 by people who have walked this road themselves. Let's talk about what recovery could look like for the person you love.
