Renaissance Ranch Treatment Centers

The people behind the program

Built by men in recovery.

Many of our staff have walked the road to recovery themselves. Every member of this team chose this work because they know what it costs — and what it gives back.

  • Tyson Dixon — Chief Executive Officer, Renaissance Ranch

    Tyson Dixon

    Chief Executive Officer

Tyson oversees Renaissance both on a client level and staff level, supporting each individual in recovery and managing the overall needs of the company. Tyson has firsthand experience recovering from the disease of addiction and went through Renaissance Ranch in 2008 after years of living in the darkness addiction creates. He completed the Licensed Substance Abuse Counseling Program at Utah Valley University and has years of service with local recovery programs. His passion carries through all systems and organizations of Renaissance, truly setting the tone for the Renaissance family.

  • Preston Dixon — Chief Operating Officer, Renaissance Ranch

    Preston Dixon

    Chief Operating Officer

Preston is a powerful leader in the Renaissance Ranch family with unrelenting compassion for those whose lives are impacted by the disease of addiction. He has first-hand experience and can empathize directly with clients, as he was once in their shoes. With many years of experience in sobriety combined with high-level management, his honesty, integrity, and brotherly kindness reflect both his values and the treatment approach of Renaissance Ranch.

  • Rick Dixon — Chairman, Renaissance Ranch

    Rick Dixon

    Chairman

Rick brings decades of business leadership to Renaissance Ranch, but his heart is with families. Having watched his own sons battle addiction, he knows firsthand how the disease reaches far beyond the person in recovery — it touches everyone who loves them. Today he makes it his personal mission to reach out to every family who wants to be part of a loved one's recovery: he calls them himself, welcomes them into family group, and becomes a steady source of support — someone who will truly listen, hear them, and walk alongside them as they begin their own healing.

  • Christine Dixon — Family Program Director, Renaissance Ranch

    Christine Dixon, LMFT

    Family Program Director

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Christine directs the Whole Family Program — and finds her deepest fulfillment carrying its mission forward. She helps families heal together and oversees the facilitators who lead each family class. It's work she understands from the inside: she lived it when her own two sons faced addiction, and guiding families through that same valley has become part of who she is.

  • Bryan Hedin — Executive Director over Utah, Renaissance Ranch

    Bryan Hedin

    Executive Director over Utah

Bryan has been in the treatment field for years with experience in case management, culinary, alumni coordination, operations, management, marketing, admissions, and now directing. As Executive Director, he oversees operations across our Utah locations. Bryan is in recovery from drug addiction himself and is a Renaissance Ranch Alumni since 2008. Bryan has witnessed what recovery can do for the individual and the family, spending time in the community advocating for addiction treatment, wellness and healing. Bryan is a member of Alcoholics Anonymous and believes in the grace and power of the 12 steps as the blueprint for a new way of living. Bryan's passion is helping men and women find their light, and true selves again.
