I have been in Recovery for over four years after coming to a place of complete surrender. Being an addict for the better part of 19 years. Wanting something different for myself is my main motivation not only to continue changing my life but to help others overcome the disease of addiction. I have been working towards a degree in Psychology and will continue working towards a SUDC degree after. I have successfully completed drug court, I am a mentor for IDOC, I’m involved in an addiction ministry, and have two children. I spend my spare time with my family and helping others in my community overcome the odds like I have.
