Justin McCoy

Executive Director

Justin has been leading and serving others in the behavioral health treatment industry since 2012 with experience in every aspect of the industry. As the Executive Director, a person in long-term recovery and an Alumni of the Renaissance program, he brings a unique perspective and deep empathy to the work we do every day. The values that he gained from treatment are service, accountability, integrity, faith, and Brotherhood. Service has become a part of his everyday life, and he strives to be a positive role model and help others see their true potential. His journey through addiction recovery has been the foundation of his leadership. He understands the pain of addiction, the courage it takes to seek help, and the transformative power of spirituality and a Higher Power. That understanding drives his passion for building a safe, compassionate, and effective environment where individuals can heal, reclaim their lives and reunite with their families.

Beyond the responsibilities of his role, he’s most proud of the culture cultivated among the Idaho Team. He believes that strong teams are built on trust, authenticity, and shared purpose. He takes the time to get to know his employees on a personal level and not just as professionals. Through mentorship, open communication, and team development, his goal is to help foster an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.

He believes Renaissance to be more than a place for treatment, it’s a community of healing and shelter from the storm. Justin is deeply committed to its mission of recovery and he strives every day to ensure that our clients and our team experience that mission in action.
